These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Sohoz Hiseb (sohozhiseb.com), an ERP, POS and inventory management platform ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, including actions taken by staff you grant access to.
Sales, inventory, notices and other records you enter into the Service belong to you. We store this data to operate the Service and do not sell it to third parties. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including product, pricing and stock information.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other accounts without authorization, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may investigate and take action against activity that violates these Terms.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed or removed as the platform evolves, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Sohoz Hiseb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses related to business decisions made using data recorded in the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
